Syble Sloan
March 18, 1946 - January 27, 2016Syble Sloan, 69, of Williamsburg passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016. Born March 18, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Caley and Eva Mae Sullivan.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by two sons: Fred Collins and Raymond Collins; and two granddaughters: Sabrina Collins and Melissa Fredrick.
She is survived by four children: Richard Collins, Caley Collins and wife Melissa, Christrina Fredrick, and James Fredrick; nine grandchildren: Syble Moses and husband Randy, Kelly Bowen and husband Josh, Katrina McClean and husband Stephen, Ashley Collins, Vivian Johnson and spouse Andye “A.J. Johnson, Clinton Wallace, Caley “C.J.” Wallace, Stephen Wallace and wife Sabrina, and Chris Jackson; seven great grandchildren: Samantha Moses, Randy Moses III, Devan Moses, Josh Bowen, Dillon Bowen, Jordan Bowen, and Destiny Bowen; one sister: Ginger Mitchell; and one brother; Bill Sullivan; and godson: Maurice Johnson and wife Katrina, as well as other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 P.M. Sunday, January 31, 2016, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Katrina Washington officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens at Lily. Pallbearers will be Randy Moses, Stephen McClean, Brandon Mitchell, Scott Mitchell, Maurice Johnson, Andye “A.J.” Johnson, and Daniel McClean.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. until the funeral hour Sunday at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
