Wilma M. Alley
May 3, 1939 - December 16, 2013Wilma M. Alley, 74, of Corbin passed away Monday, December 16, 2013, at Baptist Health Lexington.
Born May 3, 1939, in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Georgia Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Alley; sister, Winnifred Martin; and brother, Woodrow Martin, Jr.
Survivors include her husband Alvin Sears of Corbin; three children: Russell Tucker and wife Pam, John Alley, and Tony Alley and wife Sindja, all of South Carolina; two sisters: Orpha McCright of Corbin and Willa Dean Miller and husband Amos of Corbin; three brothers: Walter Martin and wife Carmen of Georgia, Pete Martin and wife Sonja of California, and Donald Martin and wife Naomi of Texas; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all who mourn her passing.
A Celebration of Life, officiated by Pastor John Minton, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Immanuel Baptist Church located at 720 Browning Acres Road Corbin, KY 40701.
