Peggy Lanham Boggs, 54, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in Winchester, Kentucky. Peggy was born September 4, 1971, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late Carl Lanham and the late Angela “Cheryl” Estep.

Peggy was also preceded in death by her brother, David Lanham, and niece, Amber Lanham.

Peggy is survived by her beloved husband of 25 years, Bryan; her daughters: Ashley Abner and husband Joey, Tasha Brandenburg and husband Ryan; her sons: Kyle Estep and partner Alexis, Joshua Boggs,  and Jonah Boggs, all of Corbin; her nine grandchildren: Weston, Madilynn, Kobie, Braylon, Kambraiah, Everly, Emery, Kacen, and Zaylan; and two special nephews: Scottie and Mark Lanham, all of Corbin; along with several great nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives to mourn her passing.

Peggy was a loving mother, wife, aunt, and friend, but her favorite title was “Grammy.” She loved her grandkids more than anything on this earth, and many of them were often by her side.

She was a proud member of The Church of God in Jesus Name of London, Kentucky.   Nothing made her happier than a church pew full of grandkids on a Sunday morning.

At a young age, Peggy could be found at Gerry’s Roller Rink or the Keavy softball field. She was known to be a social butterfly, and that is something that stayed true throughout the years.

Later in life, Peggy spent a lot of her time managing hotels, alongside her honorary brother, Jay Patel. She loved spending quality time with her cousins, friends, and family. Peggy loved to travel; she was always ready for an adventure, a fresh manicure, and a new outfit.

Even though she herself faced many health challenges over the years, she never slowed down and was always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and anyone else who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Roark officiating.  Burial will follow in Felts Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 P.M. Friday and from 11 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.

Prayers going up from Hamilton Ohio. I will remember the fun with Brian and Peggy and Uncle Danny and Rosemary and Phyllis. When we all went to Riverbend Concert and hung out and had a fabulous time seeing ZZ top, Uncle Cracker and KidRock concert together. Peggy was a funny girl. Until we see you again Peggy. God bless
