Troy Virgil Mason, Sr., “Hotrod,” 81, of Woodbine, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026.  Born May 18, 1944, he was the son of the late Edd and Roxie Mason.

In addition to his parents, Troy was preceded in death by his grandson, Christopher Mason.

He leaves behind his wife, Kimberly Mason; son, Troy Mason, Jr., and wife Marcella; granddaughter, Desiray Pickard and husband Josh; two great-granddaughters: Olivia Pickard and Jocelyn Mason; bonus sons: Vernon Hinkle (Linda), Adam Hinkle (Chessa), and Jerry Cline (Jennifer); sister-in-law, Sue Sebastian; and his pet dog, Tiny.

For many years, Troy owned and operated T & T Tire Company in Corbin.

No funeral services are planned.
