Betty Carlina Wren
July 4, 1939 - August 5, 2022Betty Carlina Wren, 83 of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022, at Mountain View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pineville, Kentucky.
Born July 4, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Edd C. and Mary Morgan. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Wren; and siblings: Pete Morgan, Zula Mae Cowden, Anna Cowden, and Glen Morgan.
She leaves behind her son, Ralph Wren; son, Michael Wren; daughter, Barbara Wren; and daughter, Sherri Wren. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many friends.
In addition to being remembered as a compassionate, loving mother, Betty will also be remembered for her love of horses.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 11, 2022, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Goodin officiating. Burial will follow in McHargue Cemetery at Lily, Kentucky.
The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. Thursday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
