Ada Callebs
August 23, 1941 - November 29, 2022Ada Callebs, age 81, of Corbin passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
She was a loving housewife, mother, and nanny. She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
She was the beloved wife of the late Junior Callebs of 55 years. She was the dear mother of Cynthia, Joey (Andrea), Danny (Kim), Steven, Karen (Michael); dear nanny of Justin (AnnMarie), Alexis, Nicholas (Paige), Sydney (Janell), Phoebe (Keegan), Hadley (Jenelle), Kaylee (Britton), Aiden, Kasen, Madi, June, and Bella.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 2, 2022, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Ernest Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in Callebs Creek Cemetery with Nicholas, Hadley, Aiden, Kasen, Keegan, and Britton serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.

Posted at 10:22h, 01 DecemberAda was a neighbor back in the ’70’s in Michigan. Although I did not know her very well personally, she was beloved by my children – especially for her wonderful cooking! Both she and Junior were well regarded in our neighborhood for being loving and caring parents and we will remember them with fondness and respect.
