Diana Renee Rogers

April 8, 1964 - February 15, 2025

Diana Renee Rogers, 60, of London, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 8, 1964, in London, Kentucky, where she spent her entire life, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and kindness.

Diana was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and so much more. She loved her family more than anything, and they were the center of her world. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and she poured her heart into every moment shared with them.

A lifelong cosmetologist, Diana’s passion for her craft was only rivaled by her deep love for God. Throughout her life, she demonstrated the power of faith and resilience, especially during her seven-year battle with breast cancer. Once, when reflecting on that journey, Diana said, “I have been on this journey for almost six years, and I feel very blessed to be with all my family and with the help of God being by my side.” These words exemplified her strength and unwavering belief in God’s presence and guidance. Diana’s enduring faith, along with her infectious optimism, inspired those who knew her to live with grace and to always cherish the precious moments life offers.

She often encouraged others to “Love endlessly and enjoy every day,” a message she lived by, showing compassion and kindness in all her interactions. Diana’s beautiful spirit and her ability to make everyone feel seen and loved will be dearly missed. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Oley Baker and Imogene Kilburn Beckner, and her son, Christopher Dale Rogers.

She is survived by her loving spouse of 42 years, Carl Dale Rogers; her children: Melany Faye (Rob) Hanrahan of Paducah, Kentucky, Kenneth Ray (Angie) Rogers of London, Kentucky, and Carl Dale Rogers II of London, Kentucky. She also leaves behind a cherished group of siblings: Clestia (Dwayne) Millican of Chickamauga, Georgia, Teresa Joslyn of Atlantic Beach, Florida, Robert (Robin) Baker of London, Kentucky, and Gary (Susan) Baker of London, Kentucky. Diana’s family was extended with the presence of her 13 grandchildren: Whitney Saffold, Michael Hanrahan, Dana Hanrahan, Dalton Hanrahan, Danielle Hanrahan, Taylor Tankersley, Kristen Orr, Kenlee Smith, Jena Rogers, Marlee Combs, Kendall Rogers, Trey Rogers, and Gage Rogers, as well as 12 great-grandchildren: Eli Saffold, Sam Saffold, Nate Saffold, Wyatt Saffold, Lincoln Hanrahan, Ethan Hanrahan, Caitlyn Hanrahan, Wesson Smith, Layken Smith, Adalee Smith, Liam Tankersley, and Everlee Nickell; and also lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.

Diana’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were touched by her love, laughter, and unwavering faith. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to inspire those who loved her.

“Love endlessly and enjoy every day.” These words will guide us as we carry Diana’s memory in our hearts forever.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 18, 2025, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Wyatt and Kenny Rogers officiating.  Burial will follow in Floyd Cemetery in London, Kentucky.  Active pallbearers will be Amos Smith, Noah Smith, Dalton Hanrahan, Michael Hanrahan, Kevin Joslyn, and Josh Huff; honorary pallbearers will be Kody Baker, Kendall Rogers, Trey Rogers, and Gage Rogers.  Following the committal service, a meal will be served at New Harvest Church 4185 W Laurel Road London, Kentucky 40741.
