Gary Joseph Jody
June 2, 1948 - September 23, 2025Gary Joseph Jody, age 77, of Keavy, Kentucky, was born June 2, 1948, to the late Charlie and Edna Williams Jody. He passed away September 23, 2025, at his home.
Gary was a member of Shiner Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Nelson Jody; five brothers: Charles, John, Dan, Byron, and Chris Jody; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by one brother, Sam Jody; and three sisters: Sandra Helton, Rebecca Sue Jody, and Vicki Jody.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.
