Jason “Cheeks” Reid Spencer
September 10, 1975 - June 4, 2024Jason “Cheeks” Reid Spencer, 48, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
Born September 10, 1975, in Corbin, he was the son of the late Larry and Pam Spencer.
Jason was an overzealous UK sports fan and loved talking about the Wildcats. Jason had many special talents that he seldom bragged about or made public but was extremely talented when working with computers and electronics and had previously owned a PC repair business in Corbin.
Jason is survived by two siblings: a sister, Kimberley Spencer and fiancé Howard Atkinson and brother, Stephen (Faye) Spencer; one niece: Brittnay Alexander; two nephews: James (Jaleah) Galloway and Camden Spencer; and five great-nephews: Bentley and Easton Baugh; Lincoln and Colton Sears, and Stryder Owens; and one great-niece, Ella Mae Sears.
A burial will take place at Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, at a later date along with a service to remember the life of Jason “Cheeks” Spencer.
