Kenneth H. Rains
November 26, 1954 - March 20, 2025Kenneth H. Rains, 70, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025, in Oak Harbor, Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Azalea Casey Rains, who were from Woodbine, Kentucky.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Eda Rains, of Oak Harbor, Washington; one son, Michael D. Rains, of Oak Harbor Washington; one daughter, Sheila Lynn Peterson (Mike) of Ferndale, Washington; two granddaughters: Hailey Azalea and Adaline Celine Peterson, of Ferndale, Washington; one sister: Sandra Dodson, of Woodbine, Kentucky; and one nephew: James Dodson of Goose Creek, South Carolina.
Kenneth was retired from the United States Navy, serving 20 years.
A private service will be held in Oak Harbor, Washington, at a later date.
