Marjorie Gambrell Walter
December 23, 1923 - December 26, 2021Marjorie Gambrell Walter, 98, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021, at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Barbourville, Kentucky. Born December 23, 1923, in Hamilton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Garrett and Nora Gambrell.
Marjorie was an avid reader, and she also thoroughly enjoyed a good political debate.
She leaves behind her daughter, Linda Walter Helton and husband Ronnie; daughter, Karen Love Harris and husband David; three grandchildren: Andrea Harris McKeehan and husband Derrick, Adam Harris and wife Mikkah, and Christopher Harris and wife Bre; several great-grandchildren; and a special sister, Joan Black to mourn her passing.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.
