Michael F. Fisk, 81, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024, at Baptist Health Corbin.  Born October 31, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Homer and Flora Fisk.

Mike was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.  He enjoyed collegiate football and baseball, especially following Ole Miss.  He also liked the outdoors and mowing his yard.  Before moving to Corbin in 1995, Mike and his family lived in Arizona for over 20 years.

In addition to his father and mother, Mike was preceded in death by his son, Michael John Fisk, and his brother, John D. Fisk.

He leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Joann Fisk; daughter, Lynn Fisk; daughter, Jody King and husband Charles; grandchildren: Monique Lawson and husband Brandon, Crystal Amaro, Shea Carroll, and Samantha Carroll; step-grandchildren: Laura and Wes King; several adored great-grandchildren; brother, John Robert Cox and wife Chrispy; brother-in-law, Pat Murphy and wife Glenda; and bonus daughter and her husband, Lisa and Mike Thomas.  He is also survived by    several nieces and nephews, and three fur babies: Molly, Bama, and Eb.

A Celebration of Life, officiated by Bobby Joe Eaton, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at the Corbin Church of the Nazarene 409 Master Street Corbin, KY 40701.   Visitation will begin at 12 P.M.   At a later date, a graveside service will be held at Worley Cemetery.

Hart Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.

    Always a great guy to me loved his cheerful ways and also need to mention a great neighbor he will be greatly missed . My family is sending prayers your way to the entire family🙏

    Mike was loved and will be missed by so many family and friends. He was such a great man—kind, friendly, and helpful to everyone.
