Patricia Lynn Sharp

Patricia Lynn Sharp, 61, of Corbin passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at Baptist Health Corbin.  Baptist by faith, she was a member of Sandstone Baptist Church and attended Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Born November 14, 1954, in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Lydge Smith and Arbutus Uva Smith.  In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Delk, and a brother, Roger Smith.

Survivors include her husband of nearly 46 years, Raymond Sharp of Corbin; son, Raymond Sharp, Jr., and wife Tania of Corbin; daughter, Felecia Sharp and Ray Richmond of Corbin; six grandchildren: Dezerae Sharp, Brittany Gibbs, Ryan Gibbs, Emily Sharp, Garratt Sharp, and Benjamin Sharp, along with Cheyenne Gibson, a special friend she thought of as a granddaughter.  She is also survived by three sisters: Debbie Soto, Judy Walters and husband Jim, and Truda Brown and husband Wendall, all of Corbin; one brother: Craig Smith and wife Betty of London; other relatives; and many friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 9, 2016, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Herb Wells, Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton, and Brian Reeder officiating.  Burial will follow in Worley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 P.M. Friday at Hart Funeral Home, Inc., located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
