Teresa Jane Flannery
February 9, 1956 - February 26, 2024Teresa Jane Flannery, 68, of Rockholds, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024. Born February 9, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Ledford “Buddy” and Edna Elliott.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Flannery; daughter, Tonya Lewis; and an infant brother, Billy Larry Elliott.
Teresa loved spending time with her family, especially on trips to Myrtle Beach. She also enjoyed playing card games, definitely Rook. Serving as a volunteer, she was well-known at Moonbow Plaza Bingo Hall.
Teresa leaves behind her beloved family: son, Jason Flannery and wife Sarah; son, Travis Flannery; grandchildren: Cody Lewis and wife Whitney, Brooke Carr and husband Ryan, Erica Gibbs and husband Aaron, Loryn Donaldson and husband Noah, Jason Tilmon Flannery, and Wesley Tate Flannery; 10 great-grandchildren; and uncle, Charles Nantz and wife Billie. She is also survived by three special friends: Tim Bell, Edna Tye, and Gary Middleton; her Bingo Family; and several cousins.
Teresa was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 1, 2024, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Kysar officiating. Burial will follow in Corn Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 5 – 7 P.M. at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street Corbin, KY 40701.
