Floyd Haskell Duncan, 78, of Middlesboro passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020. Born December 18, 1941, he was the son of the late George and Lena Duncan.
He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was also retired from CSX Railroad.
In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by five brothers: Carl Duncan, Buster Duncan, Loris Duncan, Buddy Duncan, and Amos Duncan; and four sisters: Clora Duncan, Jenny Duncan, Jessie Harmon, and Nettie Duncan.
He leaves behind his wife, Norma Jean Duncan; his daughter, Pamela Smallwood and husband Tracy; his grandson, Jalen Brewer; and his brother, Andy Duncan. He is also survived by several other relatives and numerous friends.
Graveside services will be private due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
