Floyd Haskell Duncan
December 18, 1941 - April 16, 2020Floyd Haskell Duncan, 78, of Middlesboro passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020. Born December 18, 1941, he was the son of the late George and Lena Duncan.
He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was also retired from CSX Railroad.
In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by five brothers: Carl Duncan, Buster Duncan, Loris Duncan, Buddy Duncan, and Amos Duncan; and four sisters: Clora Duncan, Jenny Duncan, Jessie Harmon, and Nettie Duncan.
He leaves behind his wife, Norma Jean Duncan; his daughter, Pamela Smallwood and husband Tracy; his grandson, Jalen Brewer; and his brother, Andy Duncan. He is also survived by several other relatives and numerous friends.
Graveside services will be private due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
