Dear Andrea, As I remember, you were a very caring and loving person. Although we didn’t server together in the military, we served a common purpose; piece for our Country. For you will always be my sister in arms.
I’ll always remember a time back in the 1980’s., a time when you tried to help me catch my dog (Rosie) who got away from me one evening. I feared that my dog Rosie would run onto Western Ave. I regret that I got a little angry with you that evening. I know that you were only trying to help me catch my dog and get her to come back. I wasn’t understanding or patient that evening and I remember that I hurt your feelings. As I feared, my dog Rosie ended-up on Western Ave. and she got hit by a car. I feel that I took out my frustrations on you. For years, I prayed and asked for forgiveness. I wish that I could have told you that I was sorry that evening.
I will always miss you smile and cheerful voice. You brought so much love to all those around you. You will be missed by all the gang on Claremont Ave.
