Billy Russell Cloud, 69, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026. Born October 21, 1956, he was the son of the late Hubert and Opal Cloud.
Russell was a member of Youngs Chapel Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, especially in church.
In addition to his father and mother, Russell was preceded in death by an infant brother, Ronald; brother, Johnny Goodin; and sister, Betty Kinman.
He is survived by his wife, Dianne Cloud; son, Ronnie Cloud; daughter, Denise Cloud; three brothers: Bob Goodin and wife Pat, James Cloud and wife Sarah, and Rick Cloud; special friends: Gary Barton, Danny Faulkner, Jack Sharp, Steve Turner, and Johnny Faulkner; along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 P.M. Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Goodin and Sam Meadors officiating. Burial will follow in Bingham Cemetery.
Family visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. – 11:30 P.M. Friends may visit from 11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M Tuesday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
