Dean Grant
July 3, 1938 - March 12, 2016Garrett Dean Grant, age 77, of Little Indian Creek, KY, was born July 3, 1938, and departed this life Saturday, March 12, 2016, at St. Joseph London.
He was preceded in death by a son, William”Billy” Dean Grant; grandson, William “Bill” Dean Grant, Jr.; mother, Mallie Grant; brother, Wilkie Lee Grant; and sister, Mary Sue Myers.
His survivors include his children: Timothy Grant, Frankie Grant, David Grant, Ricky Grant; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers: Norman (Phyllis); John Bill (Janice); Harold (Sheila Darlena); Jerry (Sharon); Ricky (Sherrie) and sister-in-law, Jackie Grant.
In addition, he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends, all to mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Denvil Taylor and Bro. Bobby Abner officiating. Burial will follow in the Grant Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday at the Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master St., Corbin.
