Posted at 22:06h, 10 OctoberGarvin, has always been considered like family to us. Don’t remember a time in the last 40 years that we have’nt been connected in some way since high-school, and work projects. Garvin is a special person, loving, caring, and always there for friends and family. Heaven is now for the better with Garvin in it.
