Joel Steven Warren
December 9, 1958 - March 30, 2021Joel Steven Warren of Macomb, Michigan, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at the age of 62.
Steve was born December 9, 1958, in Corbin, Kentucky, to the late David and Jewel Faye Warren. He married Laura on June 14, 2017, in Belleville, Michigan. Steve was a master tradesman and could fix or build anything. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 27 years. Steve will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Steve is survived by his loving wife Laura; children: James (Cori) Warren, Jennifer Ibbetson, Joel (Sara) Warren, Mark LaPalme Jr., Heather (David) Murray, and Derek Wolfe; grandchildren: Deven Ibbetson, Julia Warren, Brianna LaPalme, Jordan Paul, Lucas LaPalme, MaKenzie Paul, Mia LaPalme, Alexis Warren, Jayci McClung, Tegan Warren, and Reese Murray; siblings: Rick (Alora) Warren and Sandra (the late Ken) Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021, from 12: P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Hauss-Modetz Funeral Home in Macomb, Michigan. A private service will be held at 6:00 P.M. for family. Funeral service will be available to view via livestream on funeral home website and Facebook Live.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Kentucky. Local arrangements are under the direction of Hart Funeral Home in Corbin, Kentucky.
