Judy Dianne Wells Karr
July 3, 1946 - November 18, 2021Judy Dianne Wells Karr, age 75, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021, at her home in Keavy, Kentucky. Born July 3, 1946, in Corbin, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Coy H. Wells and Ada Chadwell.
Judy was a long-time member of the Locust Grove Christian Church. She loved spending time with her family and reading. She was also an avid UK basketball and NASCAR fan.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kayo Karr, in 2001; her sister, Pat Proffitt; and her brother, Coy E. Wells.
She leaves behind her daughter, Kellie Martin and husband, Jim of Keavy; her son, Jamie Karr of Keavy; five grandchildren: Tyler Martin, Dylan Martin (Kerrie), Logan Martin (Kaylie), Kendra Karr, and Katie Karr; one great-grandson, Wyatt James Martin; two sisters: Betty Jones and Norma Davis (Tom); and one brother, Troy Wells, along with many nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held with Ernie Robbins officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
