Lloyd Charles “Chuck” Wilson, 73, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026.  He was born November 6, 1952, in Trenton, Michigan.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church.  He also served for six years in the United States Air Force, where his service included time in England, Germany, and Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in the field of civil engineering.

Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Joe Wilson; sister, Joann Mitchell and her husband, Sidney Mitchell; brother, Kenneth Wilson; and special aunt, Edna Thomas.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Wilson McKnight brother, Howard Wilson and wife Earlene; brother, Glen Wilson and wife Doris, all of Corbin; along with a host of nieces and nephews and a special long-time friend, Bill Woodford of Lexington.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 23, 2026, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Glen Wilson and Andy Dunn officiating.  Burial will follow in Merrimac Cemetery with military honors by the D.A.V. Chapter 158.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Friday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
