Lucille Rosa Felts
December 19, 1939 - October 17, 2021Lucille Rosa Felts, 81, of Corbin passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Baptist Health Corbin. Born December 19, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Calvin Huss and Geralidene Bennett Huss.
Lucille was a member of Florence Family Worship Center. Over the years, she enjoyed volunteering her time in nursing homes, making crafts, and attending to others’ needs as a caregiver.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Felts, and by her step-mother, Helen Huss, who raised her from infancy.
She leaves behind her son, Jimmy Felts and wife Teresa; son, Roger Felts and wife Toni; seven grandchildren: Shawna Felts, Michael Felts, Kristina Ikola, Bridget Miller, James Felts, Colleen Felts, and Amanda Fortner; 14 great grandchildren; and four siblings: Ginger Bates, Calvin Huss, Cindy Hutchinson, and Steven Huss.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 25, 2021, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rob Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. Monday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
