Norma Jean Duncan
June 22, 1941 - January 11, 2021Norma Jean Duncan, 79, of Corbin passed away Monday, January 11, 2021. Born June 22, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Arlan and Mattie Setser.
Norma was a member of North Corbin Missionary Baptist Church. She was retired from Delta Gas Company where she had worked for 45 years.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd “Huie” Duncan; sister, Marilyn Mullins; sister, Brenda Setser Saylor; brother, Glenn Setser; and brother-in-law, Elmo Carroll.
She leaves behind her sister, Edith Setser Carroll; sister, Rose Setser Payne; step-daughter, Pamela Smallwood (Tracy); and step grandson, Jalen Brewer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 15, 2021, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Brent Carroll and Scott Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in Dunn Cemetery with Christopher Payne, Glenn Setser, Steven Saylor, Scott Carroll, Bryan Carroll, and Brent Carroll serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.
