Patsy Elliott Murphy
November 17, 1952 - September 16, 2023Patsy Elliott Murphy, 70, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away at her home on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Born November 17, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Ruby Elliott.
In addition to her father and mother, Patsy was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Elliott, and her sister, Jana Long.
Patsy especially enjoyed traveling with her husband, particularly on cruises. Some of her favorite traveling destinations were Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, and Las Vegas.
Patsy leaves behind her loving husband, Eddie Murphy, and her nephew, Greg Davenport and wife Julie. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 21, 2023, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Darris Broughton officiating. Burial will follow in Gray Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 – 1 P.M. Thursday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street Corbin, KY 40701.
