Robert Lee Arnett, 84, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Advent Health Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky. Born July 24, 1941, in Liggett, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Dave and Pearlie Arnett.
In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Juanita Arnett.
Robert leaves behind his loving wife, Joetta Arnett; son, Robert Brian Arnett (Ruth); son, Carl Brent Arnett; four grandchildren: Alexis, Jacob, Alex, and Laura; six great-grandchildren; and five siblings: Reed Arnett, Brenda Cusick, Raymond Arnett, Mary Carr, and Rodney Arnett (Susie). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Robert was a minister for over 50 years. He enjoyed singing and used that talent in his ministry and evangelism. He also loved his church family at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, where he led the singing. Meanwhile, he found pleasure in cooking, gardening, and carpentry, as well as his work with Cordon Bleu, where he was named a top salesman.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 22, 2026, at Pine Hill Cemetery, with Mike Caudill officiating.
