Judy Carol Smith Walters, 70, of Corbin passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Born December 31, 1948, in Evarts, she was the daughter of the late Liege and Uva Smith.

The greatest person in her family’s life, she was the anchor and glue.

In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by four siblings: Craig Smith, Roger Smith, Patricia Sharp, and Teresa Delk; and a great grandson, James Scott Walters.

She leaves behind her husband, James C. Walters; son, James A. Walters; daughter, Sabrina Walters; daughter, Tonia Couch and husband Alvin; daughter, Donna Reams and husband Scott; seven grandchildren: Eric Stewart, Miranda Broughton, William Stewart II, Bradley Walters, Tasha Smith, Alexandra Stewart, and Breanna Stewart; nine great grandchildren; twin sister, Debbie Soto; and sister, Truda Brown, as well as other relatives and many friends. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 27, 2019, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Delmon Sizemore officiating.  Burial will follow in McFarland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 P.M. Friday at Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin.

    Judy will be greatly missed she was a wonderful person in side and out love people and was always smiling and loved her coffee.Ron and Jan Hensley
